SR22 or SR22A Georgia Non Owners Insurance is needed to reinstate your suspended driver’s license if you do not own a vehicle or have regular use of one. Like an Owner Operator policy, a Non Owners is a 6 month paid in full policy. The SR22 (Safety Responsibility) Filing indicates that you have at least the minimum liability limits for the state of Georgia which is Bodily Injury at $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $25,000 for Property Damage. You can also purchase Uninsured Motorist coverage for protection against uninsured drivers. SR22 & SR22A Georgia Non Owners Insurance policies only cover you as a driver. There is no coverage for Comprehensive & Collision. It does not cover a vehicle that you own or have regular access to.
